Your Sweat Session is a full-body workout with a guide on how to make it work for YOU whether you have ‘barely any time to breathe’ or ‘a luxurious 45 minutes’!

The Short Lists section is a place for your to explore in any order you’d like. It includes a list (or two) for every week of autumn. This is an opportunity to create a ritual around reflection and movement, coming back each week to check in with yourself.

Along with moving your body and jotting down your lists, I left space for you to create your Autumn Mood board. Dream big! Start small. And remember to bring joy and laughter along for the ride!
